River’s Edge Condominiums consists of five mid-rise buildings with a total of 260 units. Located on the Northwest side of Chicago, we are bounded by Pulaski on the East, Foster on the South, LaBagh Woods and Gomper’s Park on the West, Sauganash Woods homes, and St. Luke’s Cemetery on the North. The gateway to the complex is Riversedge Terrace which winds along the North Branch of the Chicago River. The area features abundant trees, wildlife, open vistas, and 16 single-family homes.

We are governed by the River's Edge Condominium Association No. 1 which is responsible for maintaining our five buildings, our condominium grounds, and this website. We aim to provide useful information for our residents and others who might be interested in living at River's Edge.
