Mandatory balcony floor resurfacing.

Balcony floor resurfacing is now mandatory as removing the original gray carpet is critical in reducing the deterioration of the underlying concrete. The Board is discussing the timetable and a staggered schedule, starting with buildings 5225 and 5255. Homeowners will be notified once the logistics and vendor are approved by the Board. Unit owners will be responsible for the cost of this limited common element. Until this is mandatory, follow current procedures and notify NS Management of your intended balcony floor resurfacing, and submit the completed Application for Balcony Floor.
